We recommend you power wash the driveway and use Latexite Trowel Patch for depressions.

This shows some structural issues. The only product that will help mask the problems you driveway has is our Latexite Trowel Patch product. After coating the area with Trowel Patch, we recommend a coat of Airport Grade.

This driveway is very porous. We recommend two coats of Latexite Optimum, Ultra Shield or Airport Grade.

This driveway is ‘very’ porous.  We recommend you clean and prep the driveway thoroughly.  Power wash the driveway and let dry completely.  Then apply two coats of either Latexite Optimum or Ultra Shield Sealer.  You will probably need to recoat the driveway again next year, until porosity is gone.
