The Crack Rite^® 30 Gallon Hot Pour Joint Sealant Melter is designed for Direct Fire Joint Sealants. The Melter can be truck mounted and has a capability of heating enough crack filler to fill cracks up to 6,000 linear feet per day or 1200 LBS per day. The Crack Rite^® 30 Gallon Hot Pour Joint Sealant Melter will bring the Direct Fire joint sealant from a solid form to a liquid form in 30 minutes and allows you to apply hot rubberized crack filler either by refilling your Pour Pot or to your Melter / Applicator. Melter includes manual hand agitation to keep the melted joint sealant uniform and it assists in minimizing the heat-up time. Melter includes a 1-1/2″ hydrant/molasses valve making it fast and easy to quickly fill your applicators and pourpots. It also includes the torch, LP regulator, hose and a durable thermometer.
